    The following terms and conditions shall apply between you, the User of the “www.hiredhr.info” Website and HIRED!, the owner and operator of this Website (herein referred to as “the Provider”).
    These Terms and Conditions contained on this webpage shall govern your use of the website and all its pages. Please read them carefully, as they affect your legal rights.
    Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users and others who also access or use the website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website, as they apply in full force and effect since this first use.
    You should stop using the Website immediately if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions or if you disagree with any part thereof.

    None of the content may be imitated, modified, downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
    You may however, for your own personal and non-commercial use only, do the following:

  4. Disclaimer related to the Provider’s Services
    The services offered by the Provider does not ensure that a candidate get hired for a job he/she applies for. You are fully aware, as a candidate, that the services offered by the Provider are aimed at increasing your chances of being selected and increasing your marketability, whether for instance through an enhanced CV, an improved LinkedIn Profile (depending on the service chosen), an appropriate Cover Letter. All these latter do not constitute in any way a guarantee to be selected, as such decision is independent from the Provider’s work.
  5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    The Provider’s services to clients and companies are non-refundable once provided.
    Candidates: if you are not satisfied with the provided service after the payment has been done, you may share all your feedback at once in writing. Changes can accordingly be done free of charge provided that that such feedback is sent within one week as of the delivery date.
    Companies: once the candidate is employed, the amount you shall pay the Provider one month after employment is also non-refundable. However, if the event the selected candidate decides to leave or is dismissed by yourselves within the first 45 days as of the hiring date, he shall be replaced once by another candidate by the Provider for free.
    Cancellation of the purchased service should be done up to 48 hours (forty-eight) hours prior to the delivery time agreed upon in order for you to get a refund. You shall notify the Provider in the set time frame, over the phone in writing. In this latter case, it is your responsibility to make sure that the Provider has received and read your message or email.
    Refunds shall be done exclusively in cash and by the same currency of initial payment, regardless of the initial payment method.
    The Provider shall not be liable for any technical issues that would prevent you from attending an online (training/counselling/etc.) session. In the event such case arises, it is convened that the session is held at a place both the Provider and yourself agree upon.
  6. Confidentiality
    The Provider acknowledges and confirms that any oral or written information exchanged with yourself and/or uploaded through this website, whether in your capacity of employer or candidate, constitutes private information and shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
    CVs, resumes, cover letters and any other content or information you upload through this Website shall not be shared or in any way disclosed without your prior written consent.
    Disclosure of any confidential information by the Provider or any of its employees shall be deemed as disclosure of such confidential information by the Provider, for which he shall be held liable for breach of these Terms & Conditions. This Article shall survive the potential termination of these Terms and Conditions or interruption of the Website for any reason.
  7. Availability of the Website and Disclaimers
    The Provider gives no warranty that its Services, may it be online facilities, tools, services or information, will be free of defects and/or faults. The Provider is under no obligation to update information on the Website.
    Whilst the Provider uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, it gives no warranty or guarantee in that regard all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and the devices through which they access the Website.
    The Provider accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website.
    The Provider reserves the right to change, discontinue, or remove, whether temporarily or permanently, the Website or any part thereof, including but not limited to any services available, without any prior notice and shall not be held liable for such changes.
    These Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to any modified version of the Website unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will (a) limit or exclude the Provider or the User’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or (b) limit or exclude any of the Provider or the User’s liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable Law.
    The Provider will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond its reasonable control.
    To the maximum extent permitted by Law, the Provider accepts no liability for any of the following:
    any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, business, contracts or commercial opportunities,
    loss or corruption of any data, database or software
    any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
    The Provider reserves the right to change these Conditions and Terms of Use at any time as it sees fit, whether pursuant to the changes in legislations in force in Lebanon or not.
    Updated versions of the Terms and Conditions of Use appearing on this Website shall have immediate effect. It is the responsibility of the user to review regularly the Terms and Conditions of Use, and your continued use of the Website following such change(s) or changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You are therefore expected to check such Terms on a regular basis to ensure familiarity with the then current version.

    The Provider reserves the right to investigate complaints or reports of violations of the Terms and Conditions and to take any measures that it deems appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law-enforcement officials or other parties with disclosure of any information considered necessary by such persons or entities relating to the user’s information, email addresses or IP addresses.
  12. Indemnification
    You bear sole responsibility for any content, CV, document, content or any information you provide or upload on the Website. You also agree to indemnify to the fullest extent and hold the Provider and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs, demands, and other expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) in relation to any claims or actions brought against the Provider arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. Remedies for Violations
    The Provider reserves the right to have recourse to all remedies available at law or in equity in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from any particular Internet address to this website and its features.
    Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
  14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon and any action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in Lebanon. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts for the resolution of any potential disputes or litigation arising out of these Terms & Conditions.
