Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Incomplete Service Delivery:
    • If the agreed-upon service has not been fully delivered within the specified timeline (5-7 working days) due to a failure on our part.
  2. Service Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the final version of your CV, cover letter, or other career services after providing detailed feedback and allowing up to two rounds of revisions.
  3. Duplicate Payments:
    • If a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error, we will refund the additional amount.
  4. Service Cancellation:
    • If you cancel your service within 24 hours of purchase and before we begin working on your project.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  1. Client Delays:
    • If the client delays in providing the necessary information or feedback to complete the service.
  2. Change of Mind:
    • If the client decides they no longer need the service after work has commenced.
  3. Full Service Delivery:
    • If the service has been fully delivered and the client has approved the final version of the deliverable(s).
  4. No Feedback Provided:
    • If the client does not provide feedback or revision requests within the specified time frame.
  5. Customized Services:
    • Services that are highly customized and involve significant time and effort (e.g., executive CVs, LinkedIn optimization, or career coaching sessions).

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission:
    • To initiate a refund request, you need to message the customer service team by WhatsApp who will get the approval from the CEO to be done
  2. Approval or Rejection:
    • If the refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. If rejected, we will provide a clear explanation and suggest alternative solutions.
  3. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Or can be done through other international money transfer methods

Revisions Policy

  • Initial Revisions:
    • Two rounds of revisions are included in the service fee. Clients must request revisions within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.
  • Additional Revisions:
    • Any revisions requested beyond the initial two rounds may incur additional fees.
